Hi! My name is Ren, the Managing Director of an upcoming RPG SMP in Hytale, named Runeteria!
For the past decade, I have been working on various RPG SMP projects in Minecraft - which has been a lot of fun! One thing we always fought with in Minecraft, was the limitations of the engine and client itself - when Hytale was announced, it basically felt like a breath of fresh air for myself and my friends! We finally believe we have the chance to make the true RPG SMP that we've always wanted to do - which is what we're going to attempt here!
I have partnered up with a lot of friends and collegues for this project, where we will be able to cover any task we see coming at us. When it comes to the Minecraft industry, we have a team consisting of some of the best Developers, Gameplay Designers, Level Designers, Conceptualizers and Marketing team! Our team consists of talented individuals from the Mythic Dev Team, Model Makers from MCM and us, from Float Studios. We truly believe we both have the funds and a team to make anything happen here - and let me tell you, it's going to be awesome!

Discover Our Fantasy RPG SMP in Hytale
Step into a living, player-driven world where your story and actions actually matter! Our Runeteria RPG SMP blends immersive roleplay, progression systems, handcrafted dungeon rifts, thriving economy, guilds & towns and much more, into a fully fledged RPG SMP. Whether you're a city builder, dungeon delver or a master crafter, there's definitely a path with your name on it!
Towns and Guilds - Build, Belong and Become
Create or join a player run Town/Guild that evolve with your communities ambitions! From rustic hamlets to full on fortified guild castles or trade hubs, you can run your Guild and Town how you want it. Our Towns and Guild system will be built around players working together, completing quests and town tasks, to basically level it up and become an empire! We hope to also bring interesting RPG elements to this Town and Guild system, i.e options to do Guild Wars and even fend of from evil Monster and Boss raids on your Town.
Dungeons - Risk, Rewards and Hard Encounters
Grab your band of trust warriors and conquer multi-staged and hand-crafted dungeons! All our dungeons will be hand built by some of the most talented builders and decorators, securing a atmospheric experience! Encounter both story-driven dungeon rifts but also quick chaos dungeons, where your purpose is to smash as many enemies as quick as possible! Multiple difficulty tiers is something we want to include, so you can test your mettle versus others and potentially rise to the top of various dungeon leaderboards.
Skills and Professions - Master Your Craft
Our goal is to have a easy-to-use Skills and Profession system. You should be awarded for doing normal every-day-tasks without thinking to much about it. Smacking monsters with your Sword? Level up your Melee Skills. Shooting monsters with your Bow? Level up Archery! Randomly cooking some food… Well, level up cooking! Our Skills and Profession system will tie into custom crafts for gear, item useage and much more. Passively become more powerful just by playing the game and eventually unlock unique prestige options!
A World That Reacts To You - Pick Your Home Region
Runeteria will consist of multiple SMP Servers that are all interlinked. You can freely travel between them all, explore, gather resources and then settle down on one. Create your Guild and your Town on the region that most suits your playstyle and watch the region dynamically upgrade and become more powerful - perhaps offering boons to various Professions over time, or perhaps unique Boss Spawns - all depending on how your Server Region decides to work together.
